Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that unofficial respondents colluding with official re spondents trying to evict/ dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. i.OO gts, 1n Survey No.71/A, situated at Kharnrnampalli Village, Mutlraram Mandal, Peddapalli i)isirict.

4. Basing upon the instnrctions issuecl by the concer necl authorities, learned Assistant Government Pleader fcr Home and Revenue submits that officiai respon dents are not interfering with the petitioners' posse-ssion over the subject property.
