The Court made the follow'ing: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NARSING RAO NANDIKONDA CRIMINAL PETITION Nos. 6561 & 6570 0F 2025 COMMON ORDER: These Crirninal Petitions are filed under Sections 48O and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS) by the petitioners/accr-rsed Nos.1, 2 to 4, 6 & 7, seeking bail in Crirne No.45 of 2025 on the file of Noothanka-l Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for thc offences punishable under Sections 249, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3),67(2) & 103(2), r/w L9O of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSJ.

Learned c,ounsel for the petitioners con[ended that though Lhe narnes of the petitionr:rr.i were rnentioned ir-r t.he cornplaint, there is nrt rolc played by the pel.itiorters and that false alleglittic,nrt were levelled aElairastt thern. He further argued th.at the petitioners are innocent persons ancl tl-rt,:y are nothing to dc, with the aforesaid offr:nccs;. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed for grant of bail stating that that accused No.1 planned how to murder the deceased and conducted rneeting with accused Nos.2 to 31 and 33 to 40 held on l3'O3'2O25 and advised accused Nos.2 to 8 to kill hirn at any cost' He fr.rrther subrnits that if the accused persons are released on bail, they rnay tarnper the witnesses and hence he prays to disrniss the petition' Having consid.ered the rival submissions rnade 6 by learned cor.r.nsel for the respective parties ald after pen.sal of tLre entire rnaterial available on record, as there is direct and active involvement of the petitioners in the aforesaid crirne and as there are serious allegations against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. .r' .,.-.. 4
