Per contra, learned Assistant Governlr:ent pleader for Home submits that the writ petition hled r the petitioner invoking the jurisdiction of this Court und,:r Articl e 226 of Constitution r:f India is not maintainable. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply - submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail the remedies as available under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure or Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions made by respective parties without expressing any view on the merits of the case, the petitioner is gralted liberty to avail the remedies as available under Cr.P.C or BNSS in respect of Iinal report submitted by the respondent No.S before of XVI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar. 7 .
