3. The iearned counsel for the petitioner slrbmits that the petitioner's late lirther, Sri Nathala Ram Reddy, u,as the owner and possessor of agric:ultural lards in Sy. Nos. la4l2 (Ac :2.OO gts), 185/2 (Ac. 2.37 gts), 225 (Ac. 1O.35 gtsl,226/2 (Ac. 6.06 gls,), and 227 /'2 lAc. 1.23 gts) situated at Narsampally Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District. The petjtioner filed O.S. No.98 of 1988 br p:rrtition and separatc possession, which was decreed on 22.06.19( 5. Subsequentll,. through E.P.No. 1tr of 2OO9, possession of his all,rtted sharc rvas delivered on 28.Oil.2OO9 pursuant to the decree. Thc pretitioncr states that despite the dccree, the Tahsildar failed to effect rnu[;.iLion in his favour, compeliing him to hlc E-P. No. 1 of 2012, :rr-t rvhich the Junior Civil Judge, G:rjwcl, directed the Tahsildar to implcrn(rnt the decree. Hou,ever, the T:rhsildar's report dated 06.06.2012 incorrectly partitioned thc pcritioner's share between him and hi:; wife, whrch thc petitioncr contends is beyond the Tahsildar's authorilr.. (a) [ lc further submits that though he puK:]raLsed additional lands in Sy.Nos.225 and 227, mutation was refus,rcl on technical grounds. Dcspite scveral representations and directirtns issuecl by thr: District Collcctor, Mcdak (Lr.No.Dl/6a /2013 dated (,9.O1.20 13), the respondcnts\_faLled to comply. The petitioner ther( forc hled W.p. No.4777 of 21J14, u'herein this Hon'ble Court directe<l irnpk:men tation of the (lollector's orcier, which remains pending. Subsr.quently, due to interfcrencc by cer Lain private individuals in col]usion rvith revenue 3 oflicials, the petitioner filed W.P. No.1471O of 20 18 and later W.P.No.6533 ol 2019, wherein this Court directed issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds within three months. Non compliancc led to Contempt Case No. 164O of 2019, wherein this Court permitted thc petitioner to apply online through the Dharali Portal and directed the authorities to process the same expeditiously. The petitioner contends that despite submitting the online application and furnishing the Court's orders, the unofhcial respondents, in coilusion with the ofhcials, attempted to interfere with his possespion on O5.05.2025, when there was a sta-nding crop on the land. He alleges that such interference is illegaJ, arbitrary and high-harded, particularly when the matter is still pending before the revenue authoritics pursuirnt to t his Court's earlier orders (b) He therefore prays that this Court be pleased to declare the intcrference by the respondents as illegal and arbitrary and direct them not to disturb his peaceful possession and enjoyment ol the subject lands pending final orders in C.C.No. 1640 ol 2019, in order tr> protect his standing crop and property rights. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the writ petition is not maintainable ald that the ofhcial respondents have not interfered with the property of the petitioner. Thc official respondents will follow the due process of law before they resort to anv I I 4 steps arld the apprehension o[ the petitioner is onlv zrrt assumption without therc beirrg any substantive evidence. Thc petition is an abuse of process and secks to re-agitate matters rrlready pending before competent authorities. Therefore, it deserves to lle dismissed.
