It is further the case of the petitioner that since 2021 the petitioner haC been enjoying the said subject prop()rty as a lawful rtv,rner a nd possessor and the said property has :ne room meant for WErtchmen. The petitioner applied for .: domestic electricity solvice connection for the servant room on 27.01.,102_4, rrnd also paid the required charges of Rs. 38,447/- 3 SN,J W.P.No.l4992 2025 and was granted Service No.114592356, dated L0.02.2024 at Tara Nagar as per the Assistant Engineer work order and thereafter, electricity was supplied without interruption, and bills were paid regularly. However, on 21.04.2025, without any notice or opportunity to the petitioner, the-electricity service was disconnected by officials, allegedly in violation of the Electricity Act, 2003 and in clear violation of principles of natural justice. A representation, dated 23.04.2025 was submitted by the petitioner to the respondent Nos.3& 4 requesting restoration, but no action had been taken as on date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION:- DISCUSSION:-

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the limited relief that the petitioner seeks in the present Writ Petition is a direction to the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to restore the power supply vide Service Connection No.114592356 of the petitioner's servant room situated at house plot land admeasuring 250 sq.yards equivalent to 209 sq.meter out of 1500 sq.yards situated at Serilingampally Village in Sy.No.88/1, Serilingampally Mandal under GHMC E 4 SN,J W.P \r,.14992 2025 Serilingamp,:lly circle, Medhcal Malkajgiri D st.rict duly considering petitioner's representation, dated :t:.3.O4.2025 addressed to the respondent Nos.3 & 4.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits tha1. the Writ Petition could be disposed of di"ecting the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider the grievan,:e of the petitioner as put-forth vide petitioner's representation, dated

23.O4,2025 addressed to the respondent Nos.3 & zl herein in accordance 1.O law within a reasonable period.

6. Learned Standing Counsel for TGSSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 5 does not dispute the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. CONCLUSI N
