VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.1499O of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 6, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that, respondent Nos.3 to 6 are interfering with the construction of house by the petitioners, in spite of there being a valid house permission dt.22.0g.2023 granted by the concerned authority in respect of plot admeasuring B7B square yards in Sy.No.343/10 situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District; and also the orders of this Court in W.p.No.9554 of ZO25 dt.07.04.2025 without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly itlegal, arbitrary, against the principres of natural justice and in violation oF Articles 14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of India.

Per contra, learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6 on instructions would submit that as of date, no complaint has been received from any one or any case is registered against the petitioners and for the said reason, there is no necessity tor the respondents-authorities to interfere with the alleged I { 2 constructic,n being made by the petitioners based on the permission obtained fron [lr(] authorities concerned.
