3. l,earned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 28.O2.2025 to respondent No.3/Tahsildar seeking to correct the Aadhar Card Number as 55370090682O instead of Aadhar No.317865378245 I 2 in respect of the Digital Signature Application in Dharani Portal with respect to petitioner's agricultural land admeasuring Acs.2-00 Guntas in Sy.No.2o3/ 1, situated at Kollapadkal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in lihata No.4B2 But the ,ranie is kept pending till date. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders. + lrarned Assistant Government Pieader for Revenue contends that the representation dated 28.02.2025 made by the petitioner could not be considered till date as the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2O05 (for short, "the Act") has come into vogue. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the petitioner to hle a fresh application in terms of the said Act before the respondent authorities ald that the same would be considered as per lau,. g. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioner to file fresh application, as per the provisions of the Telalgana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2OO5 seeking the said relie[,. On hling the sarne, respondent authorities are directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders, as per Iaw. 6 With the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
