Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for respondent No.8 and Smt. D. Madhavi, learned standing counsel appearing for 2nd respondent. Perused the record.

Petitioners are claiming that they are absolute owners and possessors of the plot No.25 to al extent of 2OO square yards, plot No.26 to an extent of 22O squzrre yards, plot No.27 to an extent of 22O square yards and plot No.28 and 29 to an extent of 460 square yards on I I the strength of documents bearing Nos.2487 of 2008 dated 07.06.2OO8, 1837 of 1995, 2484 of 2OO8 dated

07.06.2008 and 2486 of 2OO8 dated 07.06.2OO8 I respectively, 1n Sy.No.714 situated at Padma Nagar Housing Colony Township, Korremula Village Now comes under the Chowdar5rguda Village, Ghatkesar Manda-I, the KL,J W.P.No-16214 oa 2023 2 then Ra-nga Reddy District, now Medchal-Malkajgiri District. They are in possession of the said open plots.

3. It is further contended by the petitioners that their father's vendor i.e., Sri K. Shankaraiah executed a registered sale deed in favour of Srinivas Goud who inturn executed registered sa-le deed in favour of Sri Bhagawanth Reddy. He has approached 8th respondent seeking permission for construction. The said sale deeds are forged and fabricated one and therefore, 8th respondent cannot consider the sarne and grart permissions for construction. 1"t petitioner has submitted representation dated 26.O5.2023 to the then Gram Panchayat with a request not to issue any permission in respect of the said property.

4. Whereas, Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for 8th respondent and Smt. D Madhavi, learned standing counsel appearing for 2"d respondent would contend that there are serious disputes with regard to the title. It is contended by the I I L KL,J W.P.No.l62l4 of 2023 3 I learned counsel for tJ.e petitioners that Katta 1 Shankaraiah did not have any land in 1972 but, he has sold Ac.7.26 guntas. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 26.05.2023 to respondent No.7 with a request to take action. The same was not considered.

5. As discussed supra, there are serious disputes with regard to title of the said property. Fabrication, forgery etc., either 2"d respondent or 8th respondent cannot consider. 8s respondent will consider only the following aspects: (i) Prima-facie title and possession of applicants (ii) Mis-representation/ suppression of facts I (iii) False statements if any made by the applicant (iv) Deviation in construction to the building permit orders.

6. As discussed supra, fabrication, forgery etc., 8ft respondent can't consider. There are serious disputes with regard to the title of tJle property. Therefore, petitioners cannot submit aforesaid representations to 7th II I{L,J W P.No.l62t4 of 2023 4 and 8th respondents and file the present writ petition I I alleging non-consideration of the same. Therefore, these petitioners a-re not entitled for any relief much less any relief sought in the present writ petition. This writ petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
