Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4 i.e., Joint Sub Registrar, Gajwel in issuing the intimation of refusai uide letter No.251/2016 dated 29.12.2OL6 refusing to register the sale deed executed on 27.10.2016 by the petitioner in favour of Sri P.S.Felix, Sri Vikram Choudhary and Sri Syed Zaheer in respect of the property i.e., land admeasuring Ac.3-O1 grlntas in Survey No.72l3l , situated at Chinna Thimmapur Village, presented before the Joint Sub Registrar, Gajwel on 28.70.201,6 on the ground that the property is in the prohibited list of properties AS intimated by Tahasildar, Mulugu uide his letter No.B/3127 /2013 dated 21.O9.2013, the petitioner hled the pilersent writ petition. 3. Learned counsel flor the petitioner submits that while admitting this matter, this Court has passed interim order on 20.O8.2019 and directed the respondent No.4-Sub Registrar, Gajwel, to process the deed of conveyance dated

27.1O.2016 without reference to the earlier objections, and it was also made clear that the same shall abide by the outcome of the Writ Appeal No.1328 of 2Ol4

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on earlier occasion, the petitioner has hled W.P.No.2B9BO of 2013 and the sarne was allowed this Court uide Order dated 24.06.2074. Challenging the same, the respondent authorities filed W.A.No.1328 of 20 14 and the sarne was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court cn

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration has not disputed the disposal of the W.A.No.1328 of 2Ol4 on 05.06.2022

In view of the submissions made by either side, the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No. 1 of 20 19 in W.P.No. 15702 of 2Ol9 on 20.O8.2019 deserves to be made absolute. 7 Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of arld the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.7 of 2Ol9 in W.P.No. 15702 of 2Ol9 on2O.O8.2O19 is made absolute' Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.There shall be no order as to costs.
