3. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in illegally arresting the petitioner oo 27 'O2'2O25 in collusion with respondent No.7 and harassing him and threatening to settle the disputes with respondent No 7 in active collusion with respondent Nos.S to l0 as illcgal.

In paragraph Nos.7 and [l ol- the rvrit a{fidavit, the petitioner specificatly contended that the name ol the purchaser of the subject plots was not mentioned correcth bl the dcceased and, in fact, the plots were registered in thc namc of petitioncr's f'ather' The said fact was not within the knowlcdge of the deceased' Taking advantage of the alleged suicide lcttcr' respondenl Nos'7 to 10 have cleverly implicated the petitioncr as an accuscd lor their wrongful gains and continuing the case. and it amounts to abuse of process of law. In spite of regular visits to respondent No 4, -I 2 KL, J \v.P No 19122 of2025 respondent No.8 holding the offtce of respondent 1'tro.'1, failed to discharge his duties as Station House Offrceq Vrrnasthalipuram who along with respondent No.9, the Investigating OIficer. were involved in civil disputes illegally whose actions wet e intentionally in act ive collusion of respondent No.7 and ignored Top Boss (wrongty ryped as Brass) of Rachakonda as respondent l.los.4 and 8 are cl,:se associates of Ruling Political Party, as srtch, he has no altemative except to file the present writ petition.
5. 'Ihe said allegations made by the petiticner herein arc contrary to the record and appears to be baseless.

On the complaint lodged by Mrs. Bentu Sunitha - respondent No.7 herein, the Police, Vanasthalipurarr I'olice Station havc registered Crime No.270 of 2025 against the p,:titioner herein and others ftir the offences under Sections - 108,3l8 (4).316 (2). 6t (I) read *ith 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. :2023. -the I 3 (1, I allegation leveled against the petitioner and others is that the husband of respondent No.7 committed suicide due to harassment of the petitioner and o'ther accused. There are specific allegations against the petitioner in the c.omplaint dated 22.02.2025 of respondent No.7.
8. As discussed above, the petitioner herein supprcsscd the aforesaid facts. There are no specific allegations against respondent No.4 i.e., he has detained the petitioner herein and that the police are interfering with civil disputes. The petitioner cannot file a writ petition with vague allegations. Therefore, the present writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is liablc to be dismissed.
