Learned counsel appearing for the peti ioner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolut r owner and possessor of the land in Sy.No.76/Ruu2, situated at Donthanpall.y Village, Chevella Division, I hankarpally Manclal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchari d the same through a registered sale deed bearin5; document No L226212OO6, dated 11-1O-2006. The revenrr -authorities .,- Page 3 of7 mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and also obtained pattadar passbook and title deed uide Passbook No.T05240080456 and Khata No.B94. 4. The sewage water and waste water generated in the Dontanpally Village is diverted into the fields, by some unknor,vn sources. The said sewage and waste water is causing non rcpairable damage to the lives of the petitioner, and to other animals like cows, buffalos, goats and birds, peacocks etc. Moreover, the petitioner is being hindered from enjoying the fruits of having her own property, rvhich rs a clear violation of the Article 3OO-A of Constitution of India As such, on 13-05-2022, the complainant made a complaint to the respondents, accompanied by vivid photographic evidence, highlighting the severe ordeal faced by the petitioner. The unceasing influx of sewer water and waste onto the petitioneris property has persistently tainted her i I'age ,1 of 7 ',1 land, undermined its value and cause(l unlathomable distress

Hor,vever, the c r rresponclence and reminders to various offices failed o yield anv substantial progress or relief. Furthermore , o t O2_Ol 2023 t1-re petitioner received a letter from the Sarpanch of Donthanpally Vi11age, expressing intent to resr lve the ISSUe -.# within six months. However, this commitment has sadly remained unfulfilled, prolonging her plight. As a responsible authority vested with the welfare of the citizens, the pctitloner requested the respondents to alleviate her distress and enforce a permanent solution. The inaction thus far has exacerbated the agony of a senior citizen,s property which deserves protection and respect.

The petitioner has followed up through several subsequcnt representations on 17-06-2022, 79-OZ _2022, 13 12-2022 and 1 1 03 2024 , requesting the responclents tir take srvift and resoiute action to rectify the persistent issue of sewage waste encroachment onto the property of the petitioner. The respondent's timely intervention and effective measures will not only restore the land,s r.ightful value but also reinforce faith in the administration,s commitment to protecting the rights of property owners. But a1l her requests and representations were met with a deaf ear as the respondents have not. chosen to act upon suchtequests and turned a blind eye to the issues faced by the petitioner.
