VENUGOPAI, CRIMINAL PETITION No.6O64 of 2O2l ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure L973 by petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 7, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No. 572L of 2O2O on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 42O,506 of the Indian Penal code, 1860 (for short, 'the IPC) and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowr5r Prohibition Act, 1961 (for short, the ActJ.

2. On the earlier dates of hearing i.e., 28.M.2025 and OL.O7 .2025 there was no representation on behdf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the matter was listed for dismissal. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As the circumstances are evidencing that the petitioners are \ not evincing any interest to prosecute the case, this Court is left with no option but for dismissing the petition for non-prose, cution.
