2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 and Mr.Sri Harsha Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 6. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court has allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.2O99 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 with the following directions: "5.
