Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the order impugned in the writ petition had been stayed by the Court on
15.06.1995 but during the pendency of the writ petition, second order of suspension was passed by the officer concerned on

21.11.2003 and in that view of the matter, the prayer made in this petition has been rendered infructuous. At the same time, he made a request that the Court may direct the respondents to complete the enquiry, if any, pending with reference to the allegations, which constituted the foundation of order dated 18.05.1995 and second order dated 21.11.2003. Learned Government Pleader for Cooperation says that he is not in a position to make any statement about the present status of the proceedings initiated against the petitioner. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with the direction that the enquiry, if any, pending against the petitioner shall be completed and appropriate order be passed by the competent authority within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 12.07.2006 G.S.SINGHVI, CJ
