Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners aretheabsoluteownersandpossessorsoftheagricultural,Iand situated in Sy.No.285/4/E, Kadthal Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having obtained the said land under the Government Welfare SchemesforScheduledTribes.Whileso,duringMarch,2025'itwas noticed that some labourers, along with heary machinery and JCBs' were trespassing into the petitioners' subject land, and on inquiry' the 2 PK.
