BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITIO N No.1462l of 2025 ORDER Itisstatedthatthepetitioners,father,namely,V.Janardhan, is the pattadar and possessor of the agriculture land to an extent of Ac.O.3 guntas in Sy'No'155/3' to an extent of Ac'O'4 guntas in Sy.No.154/3 and to an extent of Ac'O'S guntas in Sy No' 157/3' in total to an extent of Ac'O'12 guntas' situated at Chandanagar Village, Seriiingampally Mandal' Rangareddy District' It is the case of the petitioners that their father name was reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue authorities also issued e-pattadar pass book bearing No'T05250O6OO38 uide Khata No.3T4undertheprovisionsoftheTelanganaRightsinLandand Pattadar Passbooks Act, L97L' it is the further case of the petitioners that their father has expired on 12 'O2 '2018 and the subject property partitioned between the petitioners trnder the registered partition deed dated 30'01'2021' It is further stated that due to abnormal increase of the land price some of the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of the subject land and as such, theY have submitted an application dated tg.O2.2O18 to respondent authorities' by paying requisite fee to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject land and fix the boundaries. In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioners to make a fresh F-Line application, duly enclosing all the necessary documents and in the event of such an application. being submitted by the petitioners and if the said application complies with all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Record s uid.e Rc. No.N 1 /654 3 / 99, dated 25.07 .2OO 1, Rc.No.N 1 / 7 4O8 / 07, dated 13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2/1741l 2OtO, dated 18.05.2010, respondent authorities are directed to conduct survey and demarcation of the lands in Sy.Nos. 155/3, 154/3 and 1ST 13, situated at Chandanagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. After conducting survey, respondent authorities shall furnish the copies of survey report, survey sketch, tonch map and panchanama to the petitioners. If the respondent authorities are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, they shall pass reasoned order with specihc reasons and communicate the same to the petitioners.
