The said suit was decreed in favour of the First Party of the first part and a decree and judgment was passed therein. Having aggrieved with the judgment the 2nd and 3d parties of the Second Part have preferred AS. No' 535 of 2.o0a on the file of the Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad. During the pendency of the appeal the parties had talks with each other at the instance of Well-wishers and in consequenc'e of the same the present MOU is being executed. NOW THIS DEED OF MIMORAI{DI'M OF UNDERSTANDII{G WITNESSEf,H AS FOLLOWS:

1. Both parties herein agree that the party of the lirst part shall execute a Registered Gift Deed or any other similar docurrrent by conveying the 50% of the Schedule Property to 1 to 6 padies of tlle second part.

2. I to 6 parties of the second part hereby agree and accept the tifle of the party of the first part over the schedule property and *rey shall undertake that they vrill not interfere with the title and peacefi'rl possession of the schedule property of the first part.

3. The party of the first part hereby undertakes that he will execute a gift deed or arry other conveyErnce in favour of parties 1 to 6 of the second part as early as possible aJter dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn. '4. That in the event of fajlure of registration by the first party, 1 to 6 of the second part are entitled to approach the court for securing a registered document in their favour.

5. Both parties hereby agree to cooperate with each other for fixing the boundaries, for construction of the compound wa1l, etc.

6. Tlne 2 and 3 of the second part hereby undertake to withdraw AS.
