Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both writ petitions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents ald perused the material on record 3, Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitions are hled by the petitioners qucstioning the action of thd respondent No.4 in interfering with the possession of the petitioner in W.P.No.13O15 of 2017, in respect of her land admeasuring to arr extent of Ac.4-00 in Sy.No.B3/ 1Bl 1 and the petitioner in W.P.No. 13017 of 2Ol7 , \ --' 2 1n respect of her land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.4_00 in Sy.No.83/18/I situated at Kanikki Village, Koutala Manda-I, Komaram Bheem Asifabad District, without following due process of law.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that while admitting, this Court granted common interim order on 01.05.2018 directing the respondent No.4_ Tahsildar not to interfere with possession of the petitioners from their subject properties without following due process of law. In spite of lapse of more than 6 years, the respondents did not choose to hle counters or vacate petitions in these matters for denying the averments made in the writ afhdavits and requested to direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners, without following due process of law.

In view of the above circumstances, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents not to \ \ interfere with the possession of the petitioners iiom their subject properties without following due process of raw.
