In vierl of the above submissions, tl.is Cour-t deems it appropriate to pt,rrp i ' the petitioner to make appropriate onlin,: application 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.14544 of 2025 in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web Portal, seeking for data correction irythe passbook in respect of land admeasuring Acs' 4'O0 guntas in Survey No.3212, Acs. 3.01 guntas in Survey No 32/3 and Acs' 0'2O guntas in Survey No.30/ 1A. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fullills al1 the requirements under the of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the authorities shall examine and consider the case of the respondent petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulhll the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law provisions andcommunicatetheSametothepetitioner.Theentireexerciseshallbe completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application
