2. The petitionr:rs are arrayed as accused Nos. '1 to 4 in the Calendar Case registered lor the offences punishable under Sections 3'18(2), 318(4) 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023 (for short ' the BNS;').
3. Heard Mr. P Hari Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Jittrender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing respondent No.'l-State and Mr. K. Rajashekar, learned counsel for responden t No.2ldeJacto complainant

Having considered the allegationsf the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable seltlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v' State of Puniab and anotherl and Aniil Mishra v. State of lJ.P2i State of Madhya Pradesh v.
