Learned ,:,lunsel for the petitioner submits that th,: petitioner retired f rorr service on 31.10.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were nc)t released by the respondents. 4, Learned (lovernment Pleader submits that the bill:; pertaining to the retiremernt benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dr:arth of funds, the amounts could not tte released to the petitionerr on time. Learned Government plearler further \ submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amor.rnts will be released to the b,e rreficia ries. I I
