15.o5.2024.
2. Heard Mr- B.Arjun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Raman Kumar, learned Standing, Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited appearing for the 'respondents and perused the material available on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to a Scheduled Tribe community and is a resident of a Scheduled Area. She completed her Secondary School Certihcate (SSC) in the year 2O 15 and completed her National Council for Vocational Training as Electrician in the year 2Ol7_ pursuant to Employment Notification No.O2/2024 dated 15.O5.2024 issued by the respondent corporation inviting applications for various posts, 2 the petitiorter applied for the post of Electrician Tr a.inee, Category-I. She was isr;ued an admit card and appeared for th'r computer-based test (CBT) r;onducted on 06.08.2024. The petition'rr qualified in the said examination and her name was placed at Se rial No.17 in the selection li:;t uPon rccasting' Learled counsel for the petitioner further ;ubmits that the 4. eligibility critena prescribed for the said post is that candidates should pos,sess a Secondary School Certificate (iSC), a National Trade Certifrcate (lTI) in thc trlectrician Trade, and a National Apprentice:;hip Certihcate in the trlectrician Trac e issued by the National C ouncil for Vocational Training (NCV'). It is further submitted -hat the petitioner, though otherwise futl,lr qualihed, was unable to produce the National Apprenticeship Cert ficate at the time of certificate verification due to a family emergency agising from her brother's a( cident

Learr ed counsel for the petitioner furtht r submits that immediatei'. thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.O2 .2O25, requesting the respondent author ities to grant her 45 days' time to submit the certificate. Horrever, the said representat,on was neither considered nor actei upon by the respondent authorities. I I I i I I 3
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the deiay in submitting the certificate was due to unavoidable circumstances, and therefore, prays that the petitioner be granted an opportunity [o produce the certificate within a period of 45 days.

At this juncture, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioner is able to produce the National Apprenticeship Certificate in the Electrician Trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) within a period of 45 days, the respondent authorities will consider her case in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, the petitioner is directed to produce the National Apprenticeship Certificate in the Electrician Trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the respondent authorities shall consider the petitioner's case for appointment strictly in accordance with law. However, if the petitioner fails to produce the said certificate within the stipulated time, it shall be open to the respondent authorities to reject her candidature.
9. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itsel!.
