5. The Trial Court was also of the view that since thc Suit is of 2018, the Suit requires to be adjudicated on priority basis to avoid any further delay.

6. The rcasons given by thc Trial Court are cntirely discretionary. The Court which condoncs rhc dclay in filing the proceedings has necessary discrction to allou, or rcjcct such application.

7. The impugned ordcr rcflccts the rcasons for the Trial Court to allow the apptication for condorration of delav.
