VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No . 14616 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2-and 4 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.3, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /rs involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that there are civll disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondent Nos.s and 6 herein in respect of immovable propefi situated at Rajapur Village, Dharur Mandal, Vikarabad District, before the competent Court of Civil jurisdiction, zdeO.S.No.310 of 2007 and rryhile the aforesaid disputes are pending adjudication, the 4th respondent had visited the petitioner's house on 27.04.2025, and is coercing him to settle the civil dispute with the unofficial respondents, thereby, interfering with the petitioner's life and Iiberty apart from involvlng themselves in civil dispute lvithout any authority or sanction of law. I 2 \ 4, Per contra, learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 would submit that no complaint has been lodged by respondent Nos.5 and 6 against the petitioner herein as of date; that the craim of the petitioner of the authorities having visited the house of the petitioner on 27.04.2025 is also incorrecu and that the respondents-a uthorities have neither visited the house of the petitioner on the date alleged or coercing the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the unofficial respondents.

Learned Government pleader further submits that inasmuch as no complaint is rodged against the petitioner as of date either by respondent Nos.5 and 6 or for that matter, anybody, there is no necessity warranting the authorities to interfere with the civil dispute or visiting the house of the petitioner.

6. The afore-mentioned submission made by the rearned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents is placed on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and since, it is stated that as of date no complaint has been received against the petitioner herein and that the respondents-authorities are not invorving themselves in the civir dispute stated to be pending before the competent court of civir jurisdiction, this court is of the view that the respondents- authorities are to be directed not to interfere in the civil dispute which is sub judice before the competent court of civir jurisdiction and arso not to 3 interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. B. Subject to above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

9. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
