It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Acs' o'20 guntas in Survey Ramanjapur Village, Shamshabad Mandal' No.255 / A2l 1A, situated at short, 'the subject landJ and the revenue Ranga ReddY District (for authorities mutated his name in all the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed were also issued uide Passbook No'462307 and Khata No.678 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, l97l and the Rules made thereunder' It is further stated that the petitioner noticed that the revenue authorities have uploaded the subject land as 'ceiling land' instead of 'patta land'in Dharani Portal and \ C CVBR. In vi,:v,._ oi ths above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to permir rle petitioner to make appropriate onr nt,irpprication in the prescribed forr.ir, in Bhu Bharati Web portal, seekinl; correcfion of 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.14429 of 2O25 entries in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook ln respect of subject land. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfrll the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application.
