2. Considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Govern nt Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their conse t, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3. It is stated that the petitione is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Acs. O2.10 guntas n Survey No.45/ E, situated at Gangwar Village, Nyalkal Mandal, Sanga dy District (for short, 'the subject land'). It is further stated that the name the petitioner has been recorded in revenue records and pattadar passbook has also been issued in respect of the subject land. It is further stated t the petitioner made several requests to the respondent authorities to onduct survey of the subject land and paid-EqSuisite fee or 22.08.2024 an also enclosed Treasury Challan. 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.14634 of 2025 The grievalce of the petitioner is that since the day of the challan, no action has been initiated by the respondents for conducting survey and hxing the boundaries. - ; Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner has not submitted F-line application for conducting survey and demarcation by ltxing boundary stones to the subject land. He further submitted that if the petitioner makes a fresh F-line application, duly enclosing all the necessary documents, the respondents will consider the same by following due procedure laid down under law and conduct survey and demarcate the subject land by fixing boundaries.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to file fresh F-line application for conducting survey and demarcation by fixing boundary stones to the subject land, by duly enclosing all the necessary documents and if the petitioner fulhlls all the conditions mentioned in the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records from time to time, the respondents shall conduct survey of the subject land, after issuing notices to all the interested/ affected persons and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. _ 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.14634 of 2O25 6- With the above observation , this Writ Petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs Misceilaneous applications pendin , if any, shall stand closed //TRUE C PYII SD/-M.
