VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No 1447L ot 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.7 to 9 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that there are inter se civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 9; and that respondent Nos.5 and 6 are calling the petitioner to the respondents- police station and are threatening him to handover residential house bearing No.2-143 situated at Peda Thanda, Devaruppala Mandal, Jangaon District, to the 7h respondent, thereby, interfering in the civil dispute, which action of the respondents is highly illegal and arbitrary.

Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 6 would submit that on the 7th respondent herein approaching the authorities and lodging a complaint on L4.02.2025, the respondents-authorities have made a GD entry and for the purpose of I F t i 2 causing preliminary enquiry, the petitioner was calle,i :o the police station on the said date; and that on the respondents- authorities causing verification and having noticed the dispute between th,) petitioner and the unofficial respondents to be a civir dispute, crosed the lforesaid compraint ,civil on 27.02.2025 noting the same as in nature,.

Learned Government pleader further submlts trat except for the purpose of causing preliminary enquiry into the aforesai,l complaint lodged by the 7th respondent, the respondents-authorities are neither interfering in the civil dispute nor are coercing the petitioner to ha rdover the subject property in favour of the 7th respondent.

Having regard to the submissions made as abovr:, this court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are directed rot to interfere in the civil dispute that may exist between the petitioner and the 7th respondent, except in accordance with law.
