2. Heard learned counsel appearing, for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. Perused the record

Though varl0us grounds are raised in this Writ Petition petitioners confined the prayer only to the extent of disposing of their representation dated 04.02.2025 submitted to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 with a request to identify the property of the petitioners for the purpose of paying compensation in land acquisition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the lands which are sought to be acquired has to be properly identified whether such lands are required for the purpose of acquisition by putting the I NVSK.J W.P.No.l4463 ot 2025 3 petitioners on notice and by giving a fair opportunity of hearing to verify the status of the subject lands.

5. Learned Assistart Government Pleader for Land \ Acquisition appearing for respondents on instructions would submit that respondent Nos.2 to 4 will consider the representation dated 04.O2.2O25 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law

Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ peLition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 04.02.2025 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to petitioners.
