Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos. 2 and 6 failed to conduct a proper and effective investigation in Crime No. 169 of 2O18 of P'S' Dundigai' registered under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduied Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions. \ t

Learned Assistant Government Pieader for Home submits that the crime was duly investigated, and after considering all 2 relevant aspects, a final report was liled on 07.1O.2020 before the VII Additional Distrir:t artd Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for trial of cases under the SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989, Kushaiguda, ciassifying the allegations as "false." Therefore, the grievance raised by the petitioner does not survive for consideration.

6. The petitioner's grievalce is that the respondent police authorities failed to conduct a proper investigation. However, the development reported by the iearned Assistant Government Pleader indicates that, after invesligation, a linal report has already been hled before the competent Court. In this factual scenario, nothing further remains for adjudication in this writ petition. 7 . While disposing of this writ petition, the nghts of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies before the jurisdictional Court, if the cause ol'action still survives, are expressly reserved.
