3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that tht:: petitioner retired fronl serrvice on 31.12.2024 and till nc,w, his retirement benefits we-e not released by the respondents.

4. Learn3d C;overnment Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retir(lment benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not tre released to the petition,:r on time. Learned Government Pleacter further submits that as per seriatlm of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the reneficia ries.
