With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.37l8l of 2024 dated 22.04.2025 and requested to pass similar order in this matter also.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Stamps and \ Registration has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the l disposal of the W.P.No.37181 of 2024 dated 22.04.2025 and requested to pass appropriate orders.

4. In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.37181 of 2024 datcd 22.04.2025 and for the , , 2 SK, J WP l s r9s_ro25 reasons mentioned therein, this writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned Intimation of Refusa-l No.25 of 2025 dated O8.O4.2O25 and the respondent No.3 is directed to register and release the subject document subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act,

1899. No order as to costs.

5. Registry is directed to annex copy of the order in W.P.No.37181 of 2024 dated 22.04.2025 along with tiris order.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration has produced letter No.6/2025 dated O2-O7.2025 issued by the respondent No.3-Sub-Regrstrar stating that for complialce of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.29O89 dated 18. L0.2O24, the petitioner has to represent the sale deed before the respondent No.3 and if the petitioner presents the said sale deed for registration, they will receive the same 2 SK, J w.P.No.37181 of 2024 and examine the recitals of the document as per the provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1899, Registration Act, 1908 and after following the instructions of the Government issued in. the matter from time to time, they will register the document if otherwise in order and the same will be returned to the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, the Writ Petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned Intimation of Refusal No.88 of 2024 dated 11.12-2024 and the respondent No.3 is directed to register ald release the subject document subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. No order as to costs.
