2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition is liled questioning the inaction of the respondent authorities, particularly respondent Nos.3 to 5, in providing compassionate appointment to the petitioner under the scheme provided by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.687 GAD, dated

30.11.2021 u,hich has been in pending before the authorities about more thal 4 years. 2(i) Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner's mother named Chenna Laxmamma, W/o. Chenna Sambaiah died on 12.02.2021 while she was working as an office subordinate at MPPS, Thimmapur at Thimmapur village at Chennampet Mandal of Nalgonda District, leaving two .Lrr ') married ,laughters and one married son as hr:r. dependants. The petitioner's father is predeceased of her nrotner, and after death of petitioner's mother, her elder br-other died on

The petitioner being a cl,,pendant of her mother, rrvith consent of her elder sister, made :r n erpplication on 30.11.2021 to the 5rrr respondent to co rsiCcr her for compassionate appointment under the schr nrr, in G.O.Ms No.687 GAD, dated 03.lO.lg77 since she rrlls under the scheme of compassionate appointment. 2(iii) Learned counsel lor thc petitioner lirrther submits that the Sth respondent b1, keeping petitiorr r.r-':; application dated 30.1 l.2O2L pending about 7 months, Ionvarded the proposals to the 4th respondent through lris letter vide Rc.No.E/722lCW/2022, dated O2.07.2022 sr:rring that as there are no earning members in the familv ol the deceased employee and requested to consider her requ(.:il in providing employment under compassionate appointmenL :jcl^eme. .\ \
3. Learned counsei for the respondent No.4 fiied counter stating that the certificates of the petitioner are due for examination. Meanwhile, their office had received an objection, dated O7.06.2023 to the applicatior-r of the petitioner by one Sandhya stating her objections for appointing the petitioner on the ground of compassionate appointment. In view of the objections againsl the petitioner, the application of the petitioner is pending for adjudication.
4. Per contra. lcarned coutrscl for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that though the authorities had already I ( rejected the objection made by saicl Sandhya earlier, they have not considered the case o[ the petitioner till date. Accordingly, prayed to allor,r, the Writ Petition.
