3. Wherr the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a di.ection to respondent No.2 to examine and pass orders on his representation dated
14.12.2O20 pending before respondent No.2.
4. Learned standing counsel for respondent No.2 seeks short span of time to dispose of the representation dated 14.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated L4.L2.2O2O submitted by, the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, by putting the interested parties on notice and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing.
