'It is therefore prayed that this Hon,ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandarnus declaring the action of the respondent in not taking action pursuant to Application vide 2500O04537 frled for mutation in respect of land admeasuring Ac. 0.06O0 guntas in Sy No. 50/7, Ac. O700 in Sy.No. 4O2lAA/t, Ac. O.1300 in Sy No. 417 12, Ac. 0.3O0 in Sy- No. 47812 and Ac. 1.0200 in Sy.No. 562/41 situated at Chirmiryala village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District and may be pleased to pass such other Order/s as this Honble Court may deem frt and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. It is stated that petitioners' father late Sri Mudra Venkeshwar Rao was the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 0.0600 guntas in Survey No.50/7, Acs. OTOO in Survey No.aO2/AA/ t, Acs. O. 1300 in Survey No.4I7 12, Ac. 0.300 in Survey No.418/2 and Acs. 1.0200 in Survey No.562lA1, situated at Chirmiryala Village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District (for short, 'the subject land,). It is further stated that the petitioners' father along with his mother and his minor brother obtained a decree dated O1.O3.7952 in O.S.No.61l 1 of 19S1 seeking declaration of right of assignment of lands mentioned in Schedule A, B and C against the elder brother Mudra Nageshwar Rao and thereafter the petitioners' father obtained declaration from the Land Reforms Tribunal, Huzurnagar in C.C.No.5733 dated 27.O9.1976 declaring the total extent of land belongs to late Sri Mudra Venkateshwar Rao and his family members and till today, the lands mentioned in the declaration d,ated 27.09.1926 are in the naffi-e of the petitioners' father and his family members. It is further '.a. I l 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.14049 of 2025 stated that the petitioners' father died on 14.o4.2o2s and petitioners, mother a'lso died on 07 -o1.2o22 reaving behind the petitioners are legal heirs. It is further stated that the revenue records continued to reflect the name of the petitioners' father as pattadar and possessor of the subject land and pattadar passbook was a-lso issued to the petrtione r uid.e passbook No.T29090111937 and Katha No.9s82. The grievance of the petitioners is that they made an application bearing No.250o004s37 for mutating their names in the revenue records, but t i date the same was not considered by the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for the respondents and with their conser-rt, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Iearned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2o2o (for short "the Act 9 of 2o2o"l has been repealed and replaced with Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, the Act 1 of 2025,1 and, if the petitioners submit online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web portar and if the same fulfilrs all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2o2s and, the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance with law. 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.14049 of 2O25

In view of the above submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitti4g the petitioners to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect ol subject land' In the event of such application being made by the petitioners and if the same fuihlls all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioners. In any event, if the application of the petitioners does not fulhll the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Ruies made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners. The entire exercise sha1l be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application.
