It is stated that the father of the petitioner Sri Banda Kondaiah was the assignee of land in Survey No.615, situated at Chityal Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District. and the said assignment was made in favour of the petitioner's father in the year 1950. It is further stated that the petitioner's father name continued in the revenue records since from the date of assignment. It is further stated that the petitioner's father died on

12.05.1970 leaving behind the petitioner and his brother and their names were also entered in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2.165O guntas in Survey No.615E in favour of his brother and Acs. 2.165O guntas in Survey No.615A in favour of the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner's brother also died on 03.08.2020 leaving ,) - CVBR, J W.I'.No.14537 of 2O25 behind the petitioner as his regal heir and thereafter the petitioner,s name was also mutated in the revenue record.s in respect of the share of his brother and new pattadar passbook and title deed was also issued to the petitioner uide passbook No.T2g060o2oo5g. It is further stated that the petitioner's land admeasuring Acs. 4.3O guntas in. Survey Nos.615/E and 615/AA, situated r,r Chiryar Village and Mandar, Nalgonda District (for short, 'the subject land J was shown in the prohibited list of properties in the revenue records. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an onrine application No.2.5o00o6053 dated ol.o2.2o2s and representations dated 03.o2.2025 and 26.o4.2025 for removal of the subject lancr from prohibited list and to changr: thc nature of the subject rand from assigned land to patta land, but tili date the same were not considered by the respondent authorities. Henct, the present writ petition. 3 ' consi<iered the submissions of the rearned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission st age.

Learnr.d Assistant Government pleader for Revenue has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act,2020 has been repealerl and replaced with relangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in tand) Act, 2o2s (for short, the Act 1 of 2o2s) and, if the petitioner submits onlino application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web Portal and if the same fulrrrls a the requirements of the Act I of 2o2s and. 3 CVBR' J W.P.No.14537 of 2025 the Rules made thereunder' the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance with law'

In view of the above submissions' this Court deems it appropriate to permit the petitioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal' seeking correction of entries in the revenue records i.e., for removal of the subject rand from prohibited list and to change the nature of the subject land from assigned land to patta land and for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of subject land. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act I of 2O25and the Rules made thereunder' the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner' In any event' if the application of the petitioner does not fulfill the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder' the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order' in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application'
