Ac. 2.0900 guntas in 5641A11214 situated at Chinniryala village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District. t, I i I I I Il lA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 to consider the application made by the petitioner and mutate the names of the petitioners no. 1 to 4 Counsel for the Petitioners: M/s CHALLA KIRANMAYEE Counsel for the Respondents: AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C ,V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14242 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking following relief: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature 6f writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not taking action pursuant to Application vide 2500004256 frted for mutation in respect of land admeasuring Ac. 0.1200 guntas in Sy.No.419/5, Ac.2.09OO guntas in Sy.No. 564lAl/2/4 situated at Chirmiryala village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District and may be pleased to pass such other Order/s as this Hontrle Court may deem ht and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It is stated that petitioners' father late Sri Mudra Venkeshwar Rao was the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 0.12O0 guntas in Survey No.419/5 and Acs. 2.O9OO guntas in Survey No.564lAll2/4, situated at Chirmiryala Village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District (for short, 'the subject land). It is further stated that the petitioners' father along with his mother and his minor brother obtained a decree dated O1.03.1952 in O.S.No.61/ i of 1951 seeking declaration of right of assignment of lands mentioned in Schedule A, B and C against the elder brother Mudra Nageshwar Rao and thereafter the petitioners' father obtained declaration from the Land Reforms Tribunal, Huzurnagar in C.C.No.5733 dated 27.O9.7976 declaring the total extent of land belongs to late Sri Mudra Venkateshwar Rao and his family members and till today, the lands mentioned in the declaration dated 27.09.1976 are in the name of the petitioners' father and his family members. It is further stated that the ,*l- petitioners' father died ot 14.O4.2025 and petitioners' mother also died on 1 ! \ ( 2 , CVBR, J W.P.No.14242 of 2O25

01.O1.2O22 leaving behind the petitioners are 1egal heirs. It is further stated that the revenue records continued to reflect the name of the petitioners' father as pattadar and possessor of the subject land and pattadar passbook was also issued to the petitioner uide Passbook No.T29090111937 and Katha No.9582. The grievance of the petitioners is that they made an application bearing No.2500004256 for mutating their names in the revenue records, but till date the sarne was not considered by the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O") has been repealed and replaced with Telalgana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, 'the Act 7 of 2O25J and if the petitioners submit online application in the prescribed forrnat in Bhu Bharati Web Portal and if the same fulhlls ali the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 ard the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities wiil consider the same, in accordance with law. 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.14242 of 2O25

In view of the above submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners to make appropriate online application in the presiribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject land. In the event of such application being made by the petitioners and if the same fullills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioners. In any event, if the application of the petitioners does not fulhll the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (O3) months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPYII SD/- P.
