CHALLA KIRANMAYEE Gounsel for the Respondents: AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER n ORDER: THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY UIRIT PETITION No.14187 of2o26 This writ petition is fi1ed seeking following relief: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not taking action pursuant to Application vide 2500003239 filed for mutation in respect of land admeasuring Ac- 1.0200 guntas in Sy.No's. 562/AA1/2 situated at Chirmiryala village, Kodada Manda], Suryapet District and may be pleased to pass such other Order/s as this Honble Court may deem ht and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

It is stated that petitioners' father late Sri Mudra Venkeshwar Rao was the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 1.O200 guntas in Survey No.562/AA1/2, situated at Chirmiryala Village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District (for short, 'the subject land'). It is further stated that the petitioners' father along with his mother and his minor brother obtained a decree dated 01.O3.1952 in O.S.No.61/ 1 of 1951 seeking declaration of right of assignment of lands mentioned in Schedule A, B and C against the elder brother Mudra Nageshwar Rao and thereafter the petitioners' father obtained declaration from the Lald Reforms Tribunal, Huzurnagar in C.C.No.5733 dated 27.O9.1976 declaring the total extent of land belongs to late Sri Mudra Venkateshwar Rao and his family members and till today, the lands mentioned in the declaration dated 27.09.1976 are in the name of the petitioners' father and his family members. It is further stated that the petitioners' father died on 14.O4.2025 and petitioners' mother also died on 01.O1.2022 leaving behind the petitioners are legal heirs' It is 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.14187 of 2025 further stated that the revenue records continued to reflect the name of the petitioners' father as pattadar and possessor of the subject land and pattadar passbook was also issued to the petitioner uide Passbook No.T29O90111937 and Katha No.9582. The grievance of the petitioners is that they made an applicalion bearing No.25OOOO3239 for mutating their names in the revenue records, but till date the same was not considered by the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their conscnt, this writ petition is treing disposed of at the admission slage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O") has been repealed and replaced with Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Larrd) Act, 2025 (for short, 'the Act 1 of 2025\ ar,.d if the petitioners submit online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portai and if the same fulhlls all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners to 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.14187 of 2025 make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect 6f subject land. In the event of such application being made by the petitioners and if the same fulhlls all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities sha1l examine and consider the case of the petitioners. In any event, if the application of the petitioners does not fulfill the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance wit'l. law and communicate the same to the petitioners. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/- P.
