This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in STC No.19 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Devarakonda. When the mater was listed before this court on 28.2.2008, this court while ordering personal notice to the second respondent granted interim stay of further proceedings in the said case for a period of three weeks. Thereafter the matter is listed before me only today. Hence there is no order of interim stay as on today. Therefore, as there is no order of interim stay, the court below must have proceeded with the case. Hence, I see no merits in this petition and accordingly the same is dismissed.
