2. Seeking to direct respondents 2 to 6 to provide electricit5r connection supply to the residential building of the petitioner situated at Defence Colony, Malkajgiri Circle, Sainikpuri, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, without insisting for occupancy certificate, the present Writ Petition is hled.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6, and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent No.7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject malter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.26O85 of 2O18, dated 26.07.2018, followed in W.P.No.6O3O of 2O2O, d,ated 2O.O4.2O2O, and requests this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ petition also.
