I-earned counsel lor the petitioners submitted tl)at on an earlier occasion, thc petitionet's had approached this Llourt in W.P.No.i42,18 ol 2024 sceking a direction to the respondents to conduct elections fbr the I)rimary Fishermen ( ooperative Societies Limited (village level), District Fishermcn ('ooperative Societies I-imited (district level) and thercafter, to the felangana State Fishermen Cooperative Societies Limited (State lcvei) and TJ )q I ,) that this Couft, vide order dated Wtit Petition by dirccting the representation of the petitioners conduct ofelections and to pass ap a period of four (4) rveeks from th the order.. 3. Thereafter, the Writ Petitioners have f-rled tlie prcsent Writ Petition seeking corrsideration of their representatiotr dated 31.05.2024 against the nomination to the post of ( hairrran' Telangana State Fishenlen Cooperative Societies t-imitcd

4. Resltondent No.7 has been appointed as the Chairrrran ol'the Telangana State Fisheries Cooperative Societies lederation Limited and he has filed implead petition in I'A'No 2 ol'2024 and the satne has been allowed by this Court'

The respondents have filed their counter aflidar its' ln the counter aflldavit filed by respondent No'6, it is stated that the elcctions have been conducted lbr l0 District Fisheries ('ooperativc Societies and proposals have been submitted to the State Election Cooperative Authority for conduct of elections to I 7 District Fisheries Coopcrative Societies and the remaining 6 societies at'e at dilferent stages of the election process. 11.07 .2025. had recorded the ubnrissions of the respondcnt authorities that elections arc bein held to the societies and that a tentative schedule for the propose elcctions has also bccn issued It is seen therefrom that the sc dule proposed for conduct of election to 706 Fisheries Societies i.e., 404-by show of hands and 302-by sciret ballot, is frorn 02.0 .2025 to 07.08.2025 and secret ballot is from 1 8.08.2025 to 01 .09. 025 7 . [n view of above submissio s, it is clear that the respondent authorities have already initiated ction for conduct of elections and that a tentative schedule has en issued.
