2. Heard Mr. Cholleti Raja Sukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.08.2024 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further I I submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the admitted Commutation Bill amount of Rs.23,85,995/- vide Token No.252360033;, dated 05.01.2025 and Rs.2,09,528/- vide Token No.2523600333, dated 05.01.2025, totaling Rs.25,95,523/-, Gratuity amount of Rs.14,70,837/- vide Token No.2523600333, dated 05.01.2025 and Rs.|,29,163/- vide Token No.2523600334, dated 05.(11.:2025, totaling Rs.16,00,000/-, Encashment of Earned Leave amount cf Rs.17,89,677/- vide Token No.252346,1601, dated
