THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.3801 OF 2007 ORDER: The petitioner, an employee of the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), challenges its proceedings dated 02.03.2005, whereby he was removed from service. It is now stated by the learned standing counsel for the NIRD that the Central Government issued a notification under Section 14(2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 on 25.10.2007 including the NIRD as one of the authorities falling within the ambit of the said Act. In that view of the matter, as per the law laid down by the Supreme in L.CHANDRA KUMAR v. UNION OF INDIA[1], the dispute sought to be raised by the petitioner herein necessarily has to be canvassed in the first instance before the Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. In that view of the matter, this writ petition shall stand transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal Bench at Hyderabad.
