5. This Court vide o.d,l'lr dated 01.05.2025 referred the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report dated 10 06.2025 stating that except petitioner Nos.'1 ,2,6 and 7/accused Nos.1,2,6 and 7, the other petitioners and respondent No.2/de facfo complainant were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcompromise. However, this Court, in l.A.No.4 of 2025 permitted petitioner No.3/accused No.3 to represent petitioner Nos.1 and 2/accused Nos.1 and 2' and one M.Dhanunjaya Rao, S/o. M.Venkateswara Rao, to represent petitioner Nos. 6 and 7/accused Nos. 6 and 7 as their GPA holders.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having ionsidered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3, tris Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 4l\2 Cr.p.C.l52B of BNSS,2023, would be in the interest of justice.
8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos. 2 and 3 of 2O2S are allowed Consequenfly, all proceedings in Crime No. 621 of 2024 of Bachupallv F,olice Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, are hereby quashed against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7.
