3. Respondents I and 2 have filed a counter affidavit in the Writ Petition along with vacate stay petition in I.A.No.1 of 2024.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very same issue has already been decided by this Court in W.P.No.29945 of 2023 and C.C.No.l243 of 2024 vide common order dt.l l .04.2025 and that the petitioner's case is also covered by the same. He is seeking similar direction in this case as we[[.

5. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, though relied upon the averments in the counter affidavit filed by respondents 1 and 2, also agreed that the issue is covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.29945 of 2023 and C.C.No.l243 of 2024 dt. I 1 .04.2025.

[n view of the above, this Coun deems it fit and plop.. to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the respondents herein to consider the case of the petitioner also for promotion to the post of Deputy Collector with effect from the date of promotion of her junior. ThC impugned Memo dt.21.09.2024 is set aside. The respondents are directed to pass consequential orders of promotion within a perioci of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs 3 W.P. No.l5l95 of 2023 & C.C.No.1309 of 2024

8. [n view of the orders in the Writ Petition, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs
