A Co-orrlinate Bench on 27 06 '2025 passed orders granting stay 3. of operation of the rmpugned orders subject to the petitioner paying Rs.4,0OO/- to thc respondent towards expenses on every date of her appearance in the FCOP and Rs 6'OO0/ per month towards interim mainlenance to the respondent on or before 1Oth of every succeeding month.

Counsel appearing for the respondent has frled a calculation Memo which shows that arrears of Rs'1'76'OOO/- is due to be paid by I I @'$"..iai \ 2 the petitioner in terms of the orders passed by the Co_ordinate Bench on 27.06.20,.25. The Memo shows that the petitioner has paid a total amount of Rs.12,800/_ till daLc
