5. This Court vide order dated 19.06.2025 referred the parties to the High court Legal Services committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secretary, High Court Legal services committee, has submitted report dated 26.06.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar cards/ldentity cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcomPromise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations, the charged offence and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v' State of lJ-P.z; Stafe of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3, this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Sectiorr 482 Cr.P.C.1528 ot BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice. 8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, all proceedings in C.C.No.4980 of 2022, on the file of the learned Additional t\rtetropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.

Kukutla Chandrika, wife of Sr Aarey Yashwanth & Daughter of Sri K. Suryanarayana, aged about 29 years,, Occupation: Pvt. Employee, resident of Plot No.78 & 79, Sn Sree Sai Balaji Homes, Badangpet Post, R.R. District, Hyderabad - 500 058, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm on the oath as follows: That I am the petitioner/respondent No 2lde-facto complainant herein and l. as such, well acquainted with the facts of the case deposed hereunder.
2. That I am the legally wedded wife of the respondent No l/petitioner No 1/A1, our marriage was solemnized on 25-11- .l V {,( .rtW 2O2O, as per the Hindu rites & customs. Our marriage was an arranged marriage. There a-re no issues out of the Wedlock, upon my complaint a case, CC No 4980 of 2022 was registered against the respondent No 1 to 5/A1 , on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at LB Nagar. So, respondent No 1 to S/petitioners/Al filed above quash petition.
3. That during respondent have entered into 13.o2.2025. the pendency of the case, mYself and No 1 /petitioners/Al to A5 Memorandum of Understalding dated: '

That, as per the Memorandum of Understanding, that respondent No 1 petitioner agreed to pay a sum of Rs.21,5O,O0O/- (Rupees Twenty One lakhs Fifty Thousand only) towards the permanent alimony as full & final settlement vide Demand Dra-ft for Rs. 10,00,000/-at the tirne withdrawing DVC No 12O of 2022 on the file VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Vl Additional Junior Civil Judge, RR Dist, LB Nagar ald another Demand Draft for Rs.11,5O,0OO/- (Rupees Eleven lakhs Fifty thousand only) wili be paid at the time of recording the evidence in FCOP No 1O67 of 2022, on the file of the Additiona,l Family Court, LB Nagar, RR Dist.

That I have received the gold ornaments, other articles/items including a sum of Rs,6,0O,0OO/- (Rupees Six lakhs only) paid at the time of marriage under a separate receipt of acknowledgement mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding. Therefore, continuation of the CC No.49O8 of IG- 2022 U I Sec.498-A of IPC frled against the petitioners/Al i.e, my husband, his parents including his sister and brother-in-law on the file of III Addl. Metropolitan iVlegistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar w'ill not serve any purpose and desirable to be closed. That I have no further claims against the respondent No 1 to 5/petitioners/A I henceforth.
6. I submit that with myself and tl.e petitioner are intending to compromise the matter amicably and I agreed to withdraw the allegations leveled against the petitioners/ accused voluntarily. 7 . I submit that the myself and petitioner herein have entered into an compromise. We in order to ameliorate the dilferences have decided to compromise the matter and settle it once for all.
8. I further submit that myself and petitioner basing on the MOU compromised the matter ald I am ready to withdraw the above case against the petitioner/ accused. I hereby declare that I have no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioner herein in CC No 4980 of 2022 on the hle of the Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at LB Nagar U/s.498-A, 494 IPC & Sec.4 & 6 of DP Act and there shall be no further claims against the petitioners/ accused herein.
