Heard Mr. Ramu Nallamothu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government pleader for Services_Ill for responde nt Nos, I to 4. 3 Learned ccunsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.08.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were nc)t released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to riearth of funds, the amounts could not bi: released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleadelr further submits that as ;:r:r seriatim of the token numbers,.amourrts will be released to the beneficiaries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Wri[ petition is disposed of d recting the respondents to release and pay the admitted pending Final payment of Gratuity (CAp) Bill arnount of Rs.13,03,310/- vide STO Token No.2523724444, dated 2O.Ot.2O2S, \ ( ( a'\ Gratuity (TG) Bill amount of Rs.2,96,690/- vide STO Token No.2523724452, dated 20.0L.2025, Commutation (CAp) Bill amount of Rs.19,64,244/- vide STO Token No.2523724417 , dated 20.0L.2025, Commutation (TG) Bill amount of Rs.4,47,147/- vide sTo Token No.2523724426, dated 20.0t.2025, Final ELs and Half Pay Leave Encashment Bill amount of Rs.8,8L,775l- vide STO Token No.2522777712, dated 25.09.2024, ZP GPF Final payment Bill amount of Rs.3,08,718l- vide STO Token and Chq No.2522799748, dated 28.09.2024, and ZP GPF Part Final Payment Bill amount of Rs.1,80,000,/- vide STO Token No.242L041232, dated 11.08.2023, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
