3. Heard Mr. T. Sreenivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing respondent No.1-state and Mr. N. Krishna sumanth, learned counsel for respondent No.2lde facto complainant.

4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingty, they moved t.A.Nos. 1 and 2 of 202s with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the setlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No. 1ZS2 of

5. This Court vide order dated 02.05.2025 referred the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report dated 12.06.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcompromise.

6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record.

7. The accusations against the petitioner/accused in the Police Report are that on 30.05.2023 at about 9:fu hours, while the son of respondent No.Ztde facto complainant was proceeding to college on a two-wheeler, en route, near RK Garden, Rallaguda Road, Shamshabad, the petitioner/accused drove his bike Passion Pro bearing registration No. AP 28 DP 8620 with high speed, in rash and negligent manner and hit the motor cycle of the son of respondent No.2 from opposite side, due to which the son of respondent No.2 sustained severe injuries to his vitat organs. lmmediately, he was shifted to Arkhan Hospital for treatment and on the same day, at 11-15 hours, the doctors confirmed his ,Jeath. Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicabte settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the tight of the dictums in Gian Singh v. Sfafe of Punjab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v. State of ll.P.2; Sfafe of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3, this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.l528 ot BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice.

9. Accordingly, t.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequentty, atl proceedings in C.C. No. 1752 of 2023, pending on the file of the tearned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Xll Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused. 10 Resultantly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
