In 'zier,r rf the above, this Court deems it appropr itrte to dispose o thc ,r'r;t petition directing the respondent N os.z lLnd 5 not to inlcrf(.:r : u.ith the peaceful possession ancl en joyr.rr,nt of / J I I t i the petitioner over the subject property, except following due process of 1aw. It is needless to observe that if the petitioner is having any dispute with respondent No.6 in respect of the subject property, he has to take necessary steps by approaching competent Civil Court, in accordance with law. It is made clear that this order does nol prevent the revenue authorities to discharge their functions for granting mutation/ succession/ amendment of the revenue records, strictly in accordance with law. 6 Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of.
