2. Heard Mr.D.L.Paldu, learned counsel representing Mr.D.V.Shrikant, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.Rakesh Kumar, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.03-2022 before the official respondents seeking to refund the Raithu Banu and P.M. Kisar Samman Nidhi and to rectify the revenue records by^._deleting the name of respondent No.5 and restore the I , --r name of petitioner in land admeasuring Ac.0.i.tl gts in surve.v No.77, Rekulapally Village, Kodair Mandal Nagarkurnool District, Telangana State. But the same kept penCing. Therefore, he seeks a direction to respondent llo.2 to consider the said representation and pass appropriate o:ders.
